FlowTrack
Keep a member's journey visible—and make sure the next human conversation actually happens.
Closed beta
The member journey
From first hello to thoughtful follow-up.
FlowTrack helps community teams see who arrived, who engaged, who needs attention, and who is responsible for the next step.
Welcome and engagement
Track member joins, introductions, first messages, trial participation, and configured calls or voice activity.
Pipeline and ownership
Keep member stage, warm/hot/cold signals, notes, and action queues visible to authorized staff.
Human next steps
Assign ownership, set follow-ups, watch overdue actions, and record eventual enrollment or other outcomes.
A hybrid workflow
Automation spots the moment. People do the work.
- Discord-native setupConnect channels and roles through a setup flow rather than moving the team into a separate dashboard.
- Adjustable team workflowsConfigure terminology, routes, response windows, follow-up rules, and program structures per server.
- Human-reviewed AI draftsOptional and off by default. A private draft can assist staff, but it is not auto-sent to members.
- Privacy actionsMember data export and deletion commands are part of the current bot.
Works on its own
Designed to pair with FTA Bot.
FTA can set up a Discord workspace; FlowTrack can recognize the standard workspace names and help staff configure the member journey. Neither bot requires the other.
Privacy & access
Community data carries responsibility.
Depending on an administrator's configuration, FlowTrack processes Discord identities, join and engagement events, CRM stages, notes, and follow-up activity. It can use message content transiently for configured workflows; optional AI drafting retrieves a tracked story and sends it to OpenAI only when staff requests a draft.
Server administrators choose their workflows and remain responsible for member notice, staff access, and lawful use. FlowTrack is separate from 5 Whys reflections and is not a general community LMS.
